What better way to celebrate Dogfish Head's "off-centered" brand positioning than to create a show where we invite some celebrity friends to drink some of the most unique beers and beverages around the world and learn something about Craft Beer Culture at the same time?
Way before the Craft beer revolution, Rainier Beer was THE beer of the Pacific Northwest and was known for their award-winning, quirky advertising. Then the brewery was closed and production was moved to California, of all places. The brand floundered until two guys started a grass-roots marketing campaign inspired by a box of old Rainier commercials on VHS tapes.
After 20 off-centered years of being consistently inconsistent, we decided to tighten up the packaging design.
Dogfish Head has always been known for liquid innovation, but this time it was the packaging that was driving the creativity.
The Dogfish Head Marketing Team created an episodic series documenting collaborations with some of the biggest names in the Craft Brewing Industry to celebrate Sam's book, Project Extreme Brewing.
How's this for a marketing throwback? Back in 1999, I was hired to be the Official Spokesperson for A.1. Steak Sauce. My mission was to convince consumers to marinate their steak in A.1. instead of dipping it. And no, I really don't know much about grilling, but I sure could hit my key talking point in any interview!
Every project is a little different, so we are flexible in how we manage our fees. For small projects that are less than 10 hours, our hourly rate is $125/hour. For anything above that, we can negotiate a lower hourly rate or agree on a fee for the project.
